Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR)

PERB published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) in the August 5, 2026 edition of the State Register.  The NPR proposes to amend the Rules of Procedure governing matters brought pursuant to the State Employment Relations Act and the Farm Laborers’ Fair Labor Practices Act.  

Below is the text of the Rules proposed to be changed.

Comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking may be submitted for 60 days after August 5, 2026.
