PERB published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) in the April 30, 2025 edition of the State Register. The NPR proposes to amend certain Rules of Procedure governing matters brought pursuant to the Public Employees’ Fair Employment Act (the Taylor Law). The proposed revisions eliminate the requirement that certain documents submitted to PERB be notarized.

Comments on the proposed Rules may be submitted for 60 days after April 30, 2025.
