Feedback Requested

We are very interested in obtaining your organization feedback as to any issues that you have had with the delivery of services by PERB and any thoughts and suggestions that you may have to improve our processes and procedures.

Please note that we recently implemented several internal changes that should decrease the amount of time it takes for the issuance of an ALJ decision after the filing of closing briefs. We anticipate it will take several months for these changes to be noticeable. Further, we are now in the process of initiating an electronic filing system for improper practices and representation petitions but our IT Department does not expect the system to be fully operational until the later part of next year. We are also presently considering several other proposals to make our agency easier to access, utilize, and operate more efficiently.
