Notice of Adoption
PERB published a Notice of Adoption (NOA) in the January 28, 2026 edition of the State Register. The NOA adopts amendments to certain Rules of Procedure governing matters brought pursuant to the State Employment Relations Act and the Farm Laborers’ Fair Labor Practices Act.
