March 18, 2024 PERB Board Meeting

PERB has resumed full processing of matters brought pursuant to the Farm Laborers’ Fair Labor Practices Act (FLFLPA) except for unfair labor practice charges filed under the State Employment Relations Act (SERA) § 704-b.2(c), which was enjoined by the Federal Court.  All other aspects of the Plaintiffs’ injunction request were denied. Thus, PERB has resumed the processing of all other unfair labor practice charges (including those filed under SERA § 704 and other sub-sections of § 704-b) as well as representation and conciliation matters, including mediation. For any inquires as to the impact of the Federal litigation, please contact PERB’s Office of Counsel at 518-457-2578.
